Qualities: Pumpkin seeds may be the only seeds that are alkaline-forming and are very nutrient dense, containing protein, dietary fiber, minerals like iron, potassium, magnesium, and zinc. They are naturally rich in antioxidant-like compounds that have shown to lower LDL "bad" cholesterol levels.
Common Use: Pumpkin seeds can be eaten as a snack, made into a butter, seed milk, or added to trail mix, baking, and salads.

Questionable
Experience was great. I was not very aware as I should have investigated the country of origin when I purchased the pumpkin seeds. I never buy any food item from CHINA! I’ll throw them away! Lesson for me, investigate thoroughly!

We can't trust our own government or food supply chain why would we believe China is really providing organic materials?????? Endless reports of micro plastics in the food all I ever hear!
