Ingredients: organic, gently roasted, low-acid (pH 7.2) coffee beans, covered in delicious, rich, raw, organic 100% Arriba Nacional creamy jungle grown cacao paste, sweetened with just a hint of sun-dried cane juice crystals (panela) and a bit of organic, raw vanilla bean powder.
Qualities: These special coffee beans are not only low in acidity (pH 7.2 - compared to pH 4-6 for regular coffee) and with a high ORAC score (~48K), they also have been tested free of all known mycotoxins and fungus by-products. Makes a wonderfully nutritious and stimulating treat with a rich flavor and delicate crunch.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark, dry place in a sealed container.
