Production: Our white tea is of the Pai Mu Tan variety which is a White Peony tea. The leaves of varied sizes and buds are harvested in the mountains of China, and are traditionally withered and dried both in the sun and in the shade.
Common Use: Use 2-3 tsps of tea for 8oz of fresh, boiled water (let the rolling bubbles come to stillness before pouring over) and steep 1-2 minutes for a smooth, delicate, sweet cup. Steep 3-4 minutes for a stronger tea. The caffeine content is low.
Storage: store in a cool, dry, dark place in a well-sealed container.
