Organic Curry Seasoning
This curry is a perfect blend of Spices with organic turmeric, organic coriander, organic cumin, organic ginger, organic cinnamon, organic black pepper, organic fenugreek, organic cayenne, organic mustard, organic cardamom. The mixture in the blend creates a flavor that is delicious, as the spices compliment each other..... I made some red lentil dahl with cauliflower and zuchini - using this blend the first time find it to be warm and flavorful.
I'm in the minority but...
....this would be better if you took out the cinnamon and the cardamom. That's what Garam Masala is for. I would much rather this curry mix stay more savory and spicy...those other 2 spices add a weird sweetness to it that seems misplaced with the rest of it.
