Organic 7- Grain flake mix
I am eating this way in a bowl with enough nut milk to covey, with sliced bananas and blueberries, let it sit for 10 minutes, then eat with a spoon. Cold and raw sometimes I have not from concentration pineapple juice.I have let the cereal sit for an hour it becomes very soft. I prefer the more firm Texture.

7-grain cereal
So I know it’s a cereal that most people would cook however I do not I just eat it with bananas or blueberries like a bowl of cereal but use oat milk or some other non-dairy liquid. Today’s breakfast was with green tea and the grain in a bowl and just Yum

instructions
I have not tried them yet, but I am sure I will like them. I wish your company would include cooking/prep instructions for those products, like this one, that could save your customers time. I spent some time looking up each of the products I purchased to see if there were instructions, and 'copy/paste' into a WORD doc so I would have them when needed. In the case of this particular product, no measurements of liquid, or cooking time were given, so resorted to the comments of your 'verified buyers'. Thank you verified buyers!

Excellent breakfast/snack mix
I mix this with Old Fashioned oatmeal, chia seeds, unsweetened cocoa, blackstrap molasses, and a handful of dried cherries, raisins and cranberries. Then I add oat milk (or any kind of milk, really) and mix it all up and let it sit overnight. Come morning, I scoop out about a cup of it (cold is fine, no need to heat it up) and dot it with blueberries and part of a banana, then shake some oat bran, wheat bran and toasted wheat germ on top of all that. I then sprinkle on all of that a few almonds, pecans and walnuts (just little bits of everything now, calories add up!). With that I take some dark coffee, freshly percolated in an old fashioned, stainless steel percolator. . . .THAT is a good country breakfast. I saved some money buying the 50 pound bag; like giving jars of it away as gifts.

finally found a source for grains
In the past few years, I've had an increasingly hard time finding a variety of grains (besides oat) in the stores. Online sources of mixed grains tend to be packaged small and overpriced. I'm so glad that I finally found a source that is very reasonably priced and in bulk. I will definitely be placing more orders!
