These beans cooked nicely. They are creamy and taste fresh. I cooked them with water, chicken stock, oragano, bay leaf, tbsp oil, onion, and garlic. We eat them on toast for breakfast, before our workout. Then I throw them into whatever other food I make too.
A number of mouldy ones; I had to a lot of hand-sorting. Having grown beans myself, I know that this would've happened in the field or the drying room; this was the farmer's fault, not the fault of OM Foods.
