We use olive leaf in capsules or tincture as an antibiotic against respiratory illnesses. My husband can't take antibiotics. The reason for 4 star is the pound is scarcely a pound. Less than other companies I buy from. But got good service. I like that the zip lock bags were sealed at the top unlike one company we've used.

a good powder for getting all the olive leaf components if using on a daily basis. if dealing with acute health issues, maybe an extract would be better, but then you could also use both.
