It is also is traditionally used on pizza crusts as a slip, or release agent to allow the formed dough piece (crust) to be easily slid from the pizza or oven peel onto the deck of the oven for baking

Cornmeal is fresh, packed securely, and makes a great addition to no-melt plant-based suet. Also used in mixed-grain breakfast cereals. It is Yummy.
