Easy to digest, healing
I injured my gut ( while also saving my foot, thanks doxycycline) and my gut was having a very difficult time recovering. I made a lucuma "hot milk" beverage (lucuma, hot water, ceylon cinnamon and hempseed milk), and that plus banana smoothies was one of the very few things I could digest and enjoy! All better now but I've lost my interest in caffeine and now I'm into lucuma chai.
Love it.
I'd never had Lucuma before but I love it, delicious sprinkled on sliced bananas or smoothies!
