Ingredients: 100% sesame seed oil
Origin: Mexico
Production: Sesame oil is obtained by pressing the seeds and then filtering the liquid to remove undesirable particles.
Qualities: the unique nutrients in sesame seeds are well preserved. It contains primarily polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. The natural occurring sesame lignans, which help the antioxidant process, have been attributed to have numerous health benefits including blood cholesterol reduction, oxidative stress attenuation, lipid metabolism modification, anti-inflammatory effects, and vitamin-E enhancement, among others. Tocopherol and sesamol, both vitamin-E precursors, are the main antioxidants present in this oil.
Common Use: Extra virgin sesame oil has a mild, pleasant taste, and it is widely used as a salad oil and as a cooking oil in many Asian cuisines. It is also well known as an ayurvedic massage oil due to its high content of linoleic acid, and its anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Storage: This oil has a long shelf life due to the high presence of natural antioxidants and sesame lignans. As a general rule, store in a cool, dry, dark place in a sealed container.

I accidentally came upon the website of Essential Organics. But found out that we can get some really good stuff in bulk at very convenient prices. I gave the order for my very favorite sesame oil for 946 ml bottle. It took them around 10-12 days to deliver the stuff to me. But I was impressed of how securely the product was packaged. To test the purity of the oil, I only took a whiff of the essence and "viola", it just can't be more real than this. It had the exact same fragrance of a pure sesame seed. My only issue with the company was the extra time but given the quality and quantity of a genuine product, I believe that I actually got quality product for my money, and I will continue to buy more stuff from Essential Organics in future.
