Tahini is great for many dishes
This is a good quality product. It’s not as thick as some other tahinis I’ve had in the past which made it easier to mix in with other items such as chickpeas , vegetables and amaranth. Also for a good desert mix with mushed bananas , walnuts or Brazil nuts and date syrup Or agave syrup
