Production: Coriander, also known as cilantro, is an annual herb native to Europe, Asia, and Northern Africa. The seed is actually the small, globular fruit of the plant.
Qualities: The coriander seed has a variety of culinary and medicinal applications. In Ayurvedic medicine, it is often combined with caraway and cardamom seeds for use as a digestive tonic.
Common Use: Coriander is described as a spice with a warm, nutty, citrusy flavour. Roasting or heating the seeds in a pan will heighten the flavour and pungency. Coriander is a spice used commonly in garam masala and other India curries, as well as in pickling spice recipes and sausages.

Coriander
I grinded them up to use in my chicken curry soup, oh such a delightful aroma and taste.
The ways I use coriander
I haven’t used it yet but I grind it and use it in different food as spice, similar of use such as turmeric, cinnamon, pepper etc.Also I make pickles from egg plant, cauliflower, cabbage etc. and add grounded coriander which I like it a lot.
