Ingredients: black beans, salt.
Process: whole bean steamed, pressed, and dehydrated
Directions: just add hot water and let sit for 3 minutes until thick. Or you can heat up water on the stove and stir in the flakes. Add spices as you like and you have a delicious instant black bean soup or sauce/dip (if you use less water). Great for camping!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark location in a well-sealed container.

The dehydrated beans are excellent. My only issue is the lack of information regarding preparation. I wish that you would indicate how many cups of beans with how much water; how long the mixture should sit before being used; room temp water or boiling water? Other than the lack of preparation info, the beans are excellent. I am giving a 4.5 star review because of that
