Botanical Name: Olea europaea
Origin: Peru
Ingredients: *Organic ingredients *Botija olives (pitted, cured, dehydrated, red & black mix), herbs: *laurel, *tarragon, *oregano, *thyme.
Production: Grown on the desert coastal plains of southern Peru, these delicious olives are dried at low temperatures keeping them juicy and flavorful, with natural oils intact.
Common Use: Mildly flavored with this mediterranean blend of aromatic herbs, they are wonderful in salads or just as a simple snack.
Storage: Store in a dark, dry, cool place in a sealed container.

I had been searching for awhile to find Olives that were not brined. I love these and add them to Pizza and Salads. I find the flavor profile excellent. These are moist with just enough oils. To me, they are not bitter at all. The herb seasoning gives just the right additional amount of flavor. I do not want to run out, so ordering more today!

Amazing as always. These olives are the best. You can take them for travel since they’re cured and won’t go bad when left out. I’ve had mine out and opened for over a month and they were still fantastic!

This was my second order of the herbed olives. They are to die for. I'm thinking that slicing them up and adding them to a pizza with sun dried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and artichoke hearts would be a great idea. Now I'm hungry.

I serve these olives with varieties of cheeses. baguettes, smoked salmon, and cucumber sticks at my afternoon wine tasting parties. I get many compliments and, of course, I tell folks where I purchased the olives. They pair wonderfully with Tillamook Vintage White Cheddar.
