Would be fairly good if processed better
I normally use Valerian for making tea to help with sleep.. As I have for decades. The 2 pounds I bought from this company has a decent enough flavour and it works, But it is ground to the consistency of very fine flour. Fine flour consistency does not work that great for tea! It just turns into a slimy sludge which soaks up the water and is impossible to extract much back out. of. I suggested to the company that they process it to a coarser grind, or not grind it at all. But was told that “I must be doing something wrong” Hopefully they will connect the dots, or try making some tea with it themselves someday... In the meantime I will keep looking elsewhere
