Country of Origin: Brazil
Production: The Pau d'Arco tree, also known as pink lapacho, or pink trumpet tree, grows in many regions of Latin America. When flowering, the tree boasts impressive magenta, white, or lavender blossoms that provide food for bees and hummingbirds.
Qualities: The inner bark of the tree plays a role in traditional medicine. It has been used by herbalists as a general tonic, an adaptogen, and to treat intestinal candidiasis, as well as for its anti-inflammatory properties.
Common Use: The inner bark in cut form is most often used in a tea, tincture, and in powdered form, encapsulated. The tincture should be taken in water with some lemon juice so that tannins can be absorbed through the colon.
Storage: Store in a cool, dark, dry place. Refrigeration not required.

Although not a review specific to this product, I will share my use of it in a daily blended cocktail which consists of:- 2 heaping tbls equal powdered mixed portions of Pau d’arch, pomegranate, aronia, maca & camu camu- 1/2 orange with either pineapple ring or 1/4 grapefruit- scoop of C-nergy- lightly blended in a cup of water, this combo does not thicken or gel as would be with certain other ingredients.

Great experience with the product, really glad I opted for it after searching for it over the web. Great aroma, good quality, easy to use, and helps for many conditions. In addition to that, blends very well with cacao, mushrooms, and alternative coffees :)
