Ingredients: organic carob powder, organic palm kernel stearin (No rainforests were destroyed in its production), organic inulin, organic sunflower lecithin, organic cinnamon, salt
Production: Carob is a flowering evergreen shrub in the pea family (locust). In autumn, the plant blooms small, spirally arranged flowers that are pollinated by wind and insects. The fruit produced is a long legume (pod) that takes a year to develop and ripen. The pod is dried, roasted, and processed into chips.
Qualities: Carob is naturally sweet and is often used as a chocolate-like substitute for cocoa. Perhaps the primary reason for this is that unlike cocoa, carob does not contain theobromine or caffeine, which are both stimulants. Carob is rich in calcium and fiber.
Common Use: these very creamy and tasty carob chips are delicious in baking recipes as a replacement for chocolate chips or in trail mixes or straight out of the bag. If you thought you do not like carob, these chips will change your mind!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place in a sealed container.

When I reviewed them before I clicked in the wrong area and it ended up only being 4 stars, when I wanted it to be 5 stars. I will never review on my phone again. PC only next time. These unsweetened carob chips are delicious. The carob is naturally sweet, so it doesn't need any sweetener. I love to dip strawberries in the melted carob chips. Then I keep them in the fridge. Also, they are yummy in a trail mix. Also, mixing the melted carob with peanut butter and putting it in the fridge to harden. Delicious!!!!

I ordered carob thinking they were the training treats for dogs and they are completely different. I have NO idea how to use this product so your guess is as good as mine. Any suggestions

Love them, they are different tasting then chocolate but I’ve grown to love them! I like there is no caffeine and unsweetened! But they do have a sweet taste! I mix them in yogurt or fruit! I also make them melted with chopped nuts and freeze them, great candy like snack! I’m going to also make keto cho chip cookies !

I went off sugar and these are really good by themselves. It's obviously not chocolate with sugar, but if you're making lifestyle changes these are good.
