Bay leaves have numerous health benefits, do a Google search to see the list. Bay leaf tea helps with sleep. I prepare a cup every evening (steep two leaves in hot water for 10 minutes.) Remove leaves and enjoy this mild flavored tonic.
We loved everything in our order which ranged from spices/herbs to nuts/seeds and grains. I would buy from Essential Organics again! There was only one problem. I cannot use the bay leaves. They are pieces and hardly a whole one in there. (Maybe 5. I did not open it and just counted from outside the packaging.) They are not worth using. Disappointed about that small detail, so i will not buy these from EOI again. Everything else is good.
Hi Melissa - I wonder if they were damaged in shipping - they are almost all full leaves before they leave to you!Reach out to us directly and we'll get this sorted for you!-EO
