This product is quite hard to find, mostly power for sale. Granules are better as they don't compact in the jar and are easier to use. I use them in my Spanish Pincho Mix for chicken and fish. Good in coating recipes. Gorgeous on roast lamb, and on beef with Worcestershire sauce. Hope this helps.
My experience wasn't that good. I purchased the same 1LB bag a month earlier, and it had a good granular consistency that you would expect onion granules to have with a decent flavor. The more recent 1LB bag was from a new LOT# and it was the oddest granuales I've ever seen. They are large and flat, like flakes. They float more-so than sink like your typical granual. The flavor is a bit bitter as well, and not too sweet. Maybe it's from the China LOT? Who knows, I get that a lot with this company. The product quality is always changing order to order, without an update on the product or to the buyer. It will do I guess...
