These are the most flavorful dried apricots -- so much better than the bright organe DOLE ones. I will say that when I offered them to my father (who loves apriocots) he had to get used to the fact that they are dark in color. But the taste won him over. Try putting a few in water and simmer. They rehydrate and are lucious!. ANother great product from this company.
I use these apricots to flavour my home brewed Kombucha. They not only impart incredible flavour, but they also have an effect on the carbonation that changes the mouth feel to a finer or lighter fizz. You have to try it! I use 1 apricot (cut into small pieces) in a 500 ml bottle.
