Qualities: Looking for the superfood that has it all? Look no further! Golden berries are one of the highest sources of antioxidants, with anti-inflammatory and antihistamine properties, along with high protein content and dietary fibre. Also known as the Inca/Aztec berry, golden berries have been used for centuries in South America for asthma, nausea, indigestion, nerve disorders, and various skin conditions. Just a small serving of golden berries contains vitamins A, C, B1, B2, and B6, and is said to be on par with taking a multivitamin.
Common Use: Golden berries can be added to salads, snack mixes, granola, oatmeal, or eaten alone - they have a unique bittersweet/sour taste that becomes addictive!
Storage: Store in a cool, dark, and dry place in a sealed bag or container.

Loving my products
The berries are delicious. So far I have used tgem in oatmeal but plan to make cookies or bread with them. Tart and sweet

Order review
I ordered three items; raisins, golden berries and coriander seed. I’ve yet to try the raisins, the golden berries are AMAZING, and the coriander seed is stale and has a soapy smell.

Great Price-But
The berries were quite small and hard. Not quite the quality of the Organic Brand NOW. So I will continue to eat the berries and it’s a lot of berries.

First time to try
I never had golden berries before and wanted to try them, since the description says they are nutricious. They are like cranberries, quite tart and mildly sweet. I throw some into my oatmeal or snack on them. I cannot eat too many of them in one sitting, though, since my teeth begin squeaking

Nature's Sourpatch Kids
I love these golden berries. They are natures sour patch kids and my kids sometimes eat them all before I can even get a bite.
