For years I have made salsa using ancho powder. My previous supplier’s quality deteriorated so I tried Essential Organics. The freshness and flavor is excellent! FYI my salsa is made fresh from our canned tomatoes and our frozen ancho peppers. We use it on everything. I make up 2 1/2 qt. at a time. God is good!
