We are very pleased with the flakes we just received; the perfect amount of spice and the color is gorgeous. Bright red, makes me think it's very fresh! We use it to infuse our honey that we sell to the public--so we have high standards and wouldn't trust what we mix with our raw honey to just anyone. Thank you for your always good products!
