I use Ginger all the time in my cooking and teas. I use to buy the roots and dehydrate them myself. I can no longer afford the fresh roots in the store if I can find them. I was almost out and had my husband buy ground in a small packet. The price was crazy and the smell was stale and awful. I bit the bullet and made the large investment upfront from OMFoods. I already saved a bundle per pound. Just opening the box I knew from the beautiful aroma!
