Production: Young wheatgrass sprouts are carefully harvested at the peak of their nutritional potency, then cold-pressed into juice, which is dried by air-stream at very low temperatures.
Qualities: Wheatgrass has long established itself as a superb health food, and for good reason. It is a great source of antioxidants, phytonutrients, enzymes, minerals, vitamins, and all essential amino acids and it contains up to 70% chlorophyll, the substance that gives wheatgrass its bright green color.

Absolutely wonderful and well priced, as are most if their products. Only curiousity is if these are grown in a sponge or in soil, but as far as taste and quality as far as I can tell is superb as usual.

First rate. Items came on schedule. Even had a handwritten note on the paper on outside of box saying "Enjoy" with initials. I made tea, with blend of other herbs. I enjoyed it.

Easy and friendly staff. Awesome customer service. There was a mix up with one product. They sent the correct product and a printed return label for the mix up. Great products. I will continue to use them for my spices and dried roots. I love their website. It's very informative.
