Production: This single origin, shade grown, *organic, freeze dried instant coffee originates from the mineral-rich soils of the volcanic highlands of Papua New Guinea. Careful attention to sustainability practices, optimal ripeness at harvest, natural fermentation, and a slow roasting process, help develop the complex aroma and delicate flavor of this product.
Quality: This coffee is produced with excellence and wellbeing in mind from bean to cup. It was the first organic instant coffee on the market, is always fairly traded, and has lower acidity due to the slow roasting process.
Common use: The convenience of instant coffee is great for those who are traveling, camping, or on the go, it is great for baking and beverage blends. A 100g (3.53oz) bag yields about 60 cups of coffee.
Storage: Store beans in an airtight container away from moisture, direct light, and heat. Do not freeze or refrigerate.
*Note: Because of inter-governmental bureaucracy, when organic products with EU organic certification are not imported directly into the US (imported via Canada first) they are not allowed to be named "organic" even though the US and the EU have an "equivalency agreement" for organic standards.

So happy you have created a US based operation in addition to the Canadian one! Been getting your coffee on the regular shipped out to Hawaii, which is a testament to the quality of your coffee considering how good Hawaiian coffee is. Will happily remain a well caffeinated customer :)
