Aduki Beans and More
I am preparing for a year of dry goods. I live in the mountains of North Carolina and I knew I would need to have food to sustain me during the coming time. Aduki can be cooked and also can be sprouted. I have everything stored until I eat up what I already had. I have been a Macrobiotic Educator for 45 years since I was told that I had cancer. I did not allow the MD’s to operate or give me any Chemo or Radiation. I walked away and ate property, did Acupuncture and Herbs. I literally left the country in 1975 to hike for 6 months in Peru. When I returned the cancer was gone. www.jillaynschneider.com
We've been buying bulk organic grains and beans for years. We grow a lot of things in our garden, dry beans included, but mastering grains by hand is beyond our means right now. Having access to quality organic products that are sold by a company that is focused on organics products is a must! We've found other providers over the years that sold organic and non-organic and while the products were good there was something missing. Essential Organics seemed to put a lot of care in the packaging of our order. That means a lot! I think we've found a company continue buying from.Oh, and as a creative professional I just loved their illustrations in the About Us section!
