Fresh healthy
I came across essential organics looking for dried beans flakes. Black beans and pinto beans are so delicious and so quick to make. It makes making nachos so much easier and these products I know are very healthy for me because they are organic

Very good black bean soup
Very pleased with these black bean flakes. When using the mix instructions they were the perfect thickness for soup.

Black bean bounty
They're very yummy plus easy and fast to prepare. I'm so glad to be able to prepare only what I need in small portions.

Flaked black beans
I I'm keeping these for emergency situations with no electricity. Have a Kelly Kettle that heats a quart of water to boil in 5 minutes using just newspaper. This will be ideal for preparing the beans.

Great Black Beans!
I have ordered and re-ordered the black bean flakes. I love having them on hand to use as needed. I make soft tacos with them every Friday evening. It's a family favorite. I love being able to make the black beans without oil, just add water, salt, pepper and spices to taste. I also make them into a black bean soup, add them to vegetable soup and use them in making bean and spinach enchiladas. There are countless ways to use them and the flavor can be changed depending on the spices used.
