Ingredients: black beans, salt.
Process: whole bean steamed, pressed, and dehydrated
Directions: just add hot water and let sit for 3 minutes until thick. Or you can heat up water on the stove and stir in the flakes. Add spices as you like and you have a delicious instant black bean soup or sauce/dip (if you use less water). Great for camping!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark location in a well-sealed container.

I Love this product as well as the Organic Green Pea Flakes. It is fast and easy to use and bypasses all of the soaking and pre-cooking of beans. I love this company and am grateful that they have Organic Bean flakes for quick meal making and to incorporate as part of my preparedness supplies. Thank you.
Love this product! Use when camping, hiking, extended travel to mix in with other fast cooking freeze dried or dehydrated foods when needing a quick meal. This would work well if using a sun oven or when Needing a dip if last minute guests arrive.
I love the flavor of these black bean flakes! And they are so light and easy to prepare. On the trail I re-hydrated them in just a few minutes with hot water. I also tried re-hydrating them in cold water, which took about 2 hours. I'm excited to bring these beans on my Appalachian Trail thru-hike!
