Qualities: Kombu is known for tenderizing proteins and supporting healthy digestion. It is also a great source of iron and iodine. Naturally Contains 312mg of sodium in 7g of kombu.
Common Use: Kombu is mildly salty and has a subtle sweetness. It can be simmered in broths, soups, stews, casseroles, and bean or rice dishes.

Kombu
Great quality kombu with umami (flavor). I use it to put in my homemade vegetable broth. Also I use it to soak and cook with my dry legumes, which help break them down to make them more digestible and prevent them from producing gas in the body.

Kombu usage
it is am excellent product, I use it as part of a base for my soups. It has a meaty umumi taste that provides depth. I am very happy with my purchase.

Reishi good in my bone broth
Definitely a good addition to bone broth! Also, product arrived quickly, well packaged and appetizing!
