Tons of Organic Nori Seaweed. Dried, but not toasted. Very delicious and packed with vital nutrition, like iodine and vitamin b-12.

My food has to be raw. I see this product does look to have shades of purple in it. Nori I've heard need to be purple to be raw. Another brand I've bought from has a lot more purple on it and was chewier but I preferred this even still. If someone from your company can re assure me this product is carefully dried I would be willing to consider editing my review. This product is too crunchy to be actually 100 percent raw in my opinion but I do appreciate that it.is better quality then most other brands out there if your compating to cooked. I can see this product is somewhere inbetween perfectly raw and not perfectly dried so as to fully preserve the purple color and crunch that is certainly truly raw Nori.
