Love this stuff!
Coat baked goods. Add to soups instead of crackers. Bake or dry sauté and sprinkle on anything!

Organic 7- Grain flake mix
I am eating this way in a bowl with enough nut milk to covey, with sliced bananas and blueberries, let it sit for 10 minutes, then eat with a spoon. Cold and raw sometimes I have not from concentration pineapple juice.I have let the cereal sit for an hour it becomes very soft. I prefer the more firm Texture.
