Ingredients: organic brown rice
Country of Origin: Pakistan
Production: rice syrup is extracted from prime quality organic rice grains which have undergone a natural enzymatic treatment. It goes through a process of starch hydrolysis, purification, and concentration to create a transparent, light golden colored syrup with a low flavor profile.
Qualities: Clarified rice syrup has a clean, sweet flavor with light buttery and honey flavor notes. It also has anti-crystallization properties, a low freezing point, and a much higher degree of sweetening. It has a dextrose equivalent (DE) of 42.
Common Use: Ice cream, drinks, desserts, baked goods, sauces, baby foods, snacks, confectionery, fruit-based preparations, etc.
Storage: Rice syrup should be stored below 90 ºF in a cool, dry environment, away from sunlight
