Our Organic Gluten Free Oats are made from high-quality Canadian oats, carefully processed in a dedicated gluten free facility and tested to ensure purity. The groats are separated from their hulls, lightly steamed, rolled, and kiln-dried to preserve flavour and extend shelf life. While we are not a certified gluten free organization, we always take extra precautions to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Qualities:
Naturally rich in complex carbohydrates, plant-based protein, and dietary fiber, oats also provide essential minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc, along with B vitamins.
Uses:
Perfect for classic oatmeal, baking, granola, or muesli. For a quick and easy breakfast, soak them overnight in your favourite milk or plant-based beverage for creamy “overnight oats.”

Health saver
I used to eat oats every day for years, but when I learned of the sever allergies I had, I had to stop. BUT, finding this certified organic, gluten-free oats has changed our morning routine and has given us more energy -- along with being just wonderful to eat. Since I found this, I am now able to use it for baking holiday goodies -- which I have been unable to do for 10 years. It gave me my joy of cooking back after many years. I have been stocking up on it because often times EO foods are sold out. This is my 3rd time ordering it in a month and a half -- I am officially an EO hoarder!
Love these oats!
They're the best! And such a good value too. I'm sensitive to both gluten and synthetic pesticide residue, and I haven't had any symptoms from these. They're a great thing to start the day with and bake with too.
Safe for celiacs and high quality too
I write this because GF oats are out of stock again. If you don't have celiac disease, please look for other oats. Gluten is NOT unhealthy for people without celiac disease. Oats that are not GF simply contain traces of wheat, that's all. If you can eat wheat, then you can eat non-GF oats. (And if you eat regular pancakes without problems, then gluten certainly doesn't bother you.) GF oats go through a rigorous process of using segregated fields, separate trucks, etc, because they are intended for people with a disabling autoimmune disease triggered by even tiny amounts of gluten (from wheat, rye, barley, or brewers yeast). There is a very limited supply of genuine GF oats that people with celiac can eat. I have a very low income because most of my life I couldn't hold a job due to misdiagnosed celiac disease. I can't afford GF oats (organic or not) at stores, and it's difficult to find affordable bulk GF oats which don't cause symptoms, and they are often out of stock when I find them.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have been ordering a ton of their products for years now, but I do wish because they’re coming from Canada that they would pack them better so things don’t break apart when being shipped so far. I’ve had multiple issues with bags, breaking open, in shipment my advice to anyone ordering in bulk is just do separate orders so it gets shipped. Smaller boxes but the products are A+. Love everything.
