Production: this rice vinegar is made from selected California rice and brewed with great care using a traditional method and aged in holding tanks for about a month until it mellows. No MSG, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
Qualities: Due to a high amount of acetic acid, rice vinegar is an exceptional digestive aid and has also been known to promote general liver health.
Common Use: Blend 1:1 Rice Vinegar to water for a milder vinegar. Rice vinegar is ideal for adding to any dish for extra depth in flavor, particularly sauces and dressings.
