Origin: Italy
Qualities: These classic chips are about 10mm in diameter and are made from sustainably sourced, fairly traded and carefully selected raw materials to provide premium quality, consistency, and flavour.
Common Use: These chocolate chips are a delicious addition to cookies, trail mixes such as our beloved Mountain Trail Mix, treats, and so many other recipes!

The quality of the chips are great! But the bag is a monster. If you want to see what good quality and user friendly zip lock bags are like go to Bob's Red Mill and look at their bags. I have had trouble opening all of your bags. Your product is fine.

I'm always looking for a good deal on organic, fair trade or socially responsible chocolate chips. These are good! I put a 5 lb bag in the fridge and we put them in cookies. I'd say these are better than ones I've gotten from Essential Organic Ingredients before, too.
