Production: Himalayan Pink salt is still extracted from mines by hand, according to long-standing tradition, and without the use of any mechanical devices or explosion techniques. After being hand-selected, the salt is then hand-crushed, hand-washed, and dried in the sun.
Qualities: Himalayan sea salt contains over 80 different minerals that are necessary for health, including macrominerals like calcium, chloride, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and sodium as well as many trace minerals.
Regular consumption of Himalayan Pink salt may provide essential minerals, trace elements, balances electrolytes, to support proper nutrient absorption, eliminate toxins, balance the body's pH, and increase circulation.

Good for all types of cooking
This is hiqh-quality natural salt. We use it for everything from soups, to curries, to batters/flouring, to salting roasted/fried foods, to salting pan-fried steaks. Can't go wrong with it. The fine grain works perfectly for almost all cooking tasks.
