Botanical Name: Palmaria palmata
Production: Wildcrafted, sun-dried, and sustainably hand-harvested from the icy, clean waters of the Bay of Fundy, Canada.
Qualities: Dulse provides a wealth of minerals, vitamins, fiber, and protein. It is also rich in healthy fatty acids, trace minerals and antioxidants. Naturally contains 122mg of sodium per 7g of dulse flakes.
Common Use: Dulse flakes are versatile and can add a salty, tangy flavor to brighten grains, soups, vegetables, salads, popcorn, or almost any other dish. Dulse can also be encapsulated or brewed as a tea.

I buy the dulse for my morning drink to Remove Mercury from my system. Along with other things I use it to become healthier. Since I will be turning 80 need to be as healthy as possible to live a much longer time!
I ordered Dulce and was missing the taste that I had fir the first time in Nova Scotia 2 years ago. I did a search and essential organicals popped up. I ordered a pound and found it different from my first experience with Dulce. It was tender and easy to incorporate into dishes it’s a good product. Thanks
This dulse is great! My husband grew up in New Brunswick. I lived there 9 years, but never could develop the taste for it -I tried, seriously! We left NB nearly 30 years ago and get a big bag of dulse when we visit, but that’s not often enough. I found yours in an online search and got a 1 lb. bag for my husband for Christmas. He was thrilled! I’ll probably order another bag for his birthday.
