Qualities: this instant organic oat milk is low in fat (5%), and is cholesterol and lactose free. With only pure and simple ingredients (no added oils, fillers, or preservatives) this oat milk powder makes a nutritious plant based milk in seconds and eliminates the need for wasteful and expensive tetra packs.
Common Use: Just blend with water and you instantly have delicious organic oat milk for your drinks, smoothies, breakfast cereal, or any other cooking or baking needs. Super convenient for camping or emergency storage.
The taste is smooth and slightly sweet and you can adjust the thickness of the milk by adjusting the water to powder ratio according to your preference. To make about a liter of oat milk, we generally recommend:
- Combine 1 cup (250ml) of water and 1 cup (125g) of loosely packed powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Optional: add some vanilla extract or a pinch of salt to enhance flavor, or some cashews for extra creaminess (makes Barista style creamer milk)
- Add 3 more cups (750ml) of water and blend or shake a minute more. Your oat beverage is now ready to be enjoyed.
- Keeps refrigerated for about a week
Storage: keeps well (12 month after opening) in a sealed container under ambient temperatures (not to exceed 80F/27C) and dry conditions (<70% relative humidity). To further extend shelf life, store vacuum packed, refrigerated or frozen.

very odd pricing
1b bag is $10.50 and a 5b bag should be discounted, but it's even more than five 1b bags! $10.50 x 5 = $52.50 but y'all sell a 5b bag for $54!! Why do you charge more for a 5b bag than five separate 1b bags?

Excellent taste
Love this oat milk powder, it is consistently powderized, which makes for good mixing, and has a great taste and flavor. Terrific for recipes where you are replacing milk.

Great quality oat milk powder
I use this for recipes, and in my coffee, tea and matcha. It is much cheaper than buying oat milk from the store and I get to control what water mixes with it. Also, I am prepared for power outages and emergencies, as long as I have access to water.

Great product - not gluten free
I was so excited to try this for long term cooking and ease. I only use 2 tablespoons in my potato au gratin and I have celiac so with oat products it’s a hit or miss. Big miss :( stomach was in knots about an hour later. Will keep for husbands coffee
